DR Congo is the Only Home of the Elusive Okapi
Often called the "forest giraffe," the okapi is a unique and endangered mammal with zebra-like stripes on its legs, but is more closely related to the giraffe. It is endemic solely to the dense rainforests of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
